The video shows the entering of the serial number for demonstration purposes only. Your unique emergency override PIN can be found on the back of the black card that you WERE given on completion of the installation. Please do not call and say you were never given one. Every device has their own unique code which is left with the person on handover or left in the vehicle if installed with no owner present.
Some vehicles may require flashing of main beam where instructions call for accelerator press. You will recall this from the handover after installation. Some vehicles that require this are:
