Choosing your product

Using our mega filter, we allow for easy filtering and searching to the best product for your requirements. Just follow the menu and tick the options you require, the filtered results are then displayed for a more in-depth breakdown.  

Alternatively, you can use our Help Me Choose My Tracker tool, follow the easy to answer question and be guided to the most suitable products for your requirements. 

We understand choosing a vehicle tracking system can be quite daunting, but this is where we aim to be different. By empowering you with the flexibility of our various search options it allows you to browse quickly and easily to the best product for your needs and ensure you make an informed decision.  

Choosing your product

Place your order

On choosing your required security product or package, you can place your order through our quick and thorough order processing system. 

Product - Choose your product & add it to your cart.

Details - Enter your details, including vehicle details and the required installation location. This can be an address of your choice including home, work or even the supplying dealer. 

Installation Date - Suggest your ideal installation date over the coming 4 or 5 working days. 

Payment Options - We offer standard checkout or the ability to pay for your products via Klarna with payment spread over 4 equal monthly instalments.

Booking Confirmation - We will email you booking confirmation for one of your suggested dates with an approximate time of arrival for the engineer and ics calendar invite to add straight into your busy diary.

The Installation Process

On arrival of our highly skilled engineer, they will great you with a smile and answer any question you may have prior to the installation taking place. Even at this stage, there is no such thing as a silly question, this is your vehicle and we want you to feel completely comfortable. 

Ensuring the vehicle is in a suitable location and with no disruption to those around you the installation will take place. Throughout the installation, your vehicle is in very capable and trustworthy hands. With the upmost care and protection taken to ensure the perfect installation. Protective covers are used where required to ensure your vehicle is left with with no trace of us ever being there. All waste is removed from site and disposed of responsibly. We do ask that due to the nature of the industry, you do not watch the installation or talk to the engineer during the process.

Handover & Demonstration on Completion.

With your chosen vehicle security products installed and your vehicle cleaned down, our engineer will show you how the devices work and where required, give you a full product demonstration.

You will be handed the necessary contact details, instructions and documents  including emergency contact telephone numbers and override codes. We do advise making digital copies of these or just take photos and store them in case any originals are lost. 

Most of our products come with either a comprehensive user guide which is left in the vehicle or where smartphone apps are used, then full instructions and help articles are contained within these.

Your products warranty period can be found on the product page of our website or in the literature supplied after installation. Any product warranty claims during this period, that are that of the product fault are completely free of charge. Our costs are covered by the manufacturer.
