The company is led by me, Mark Ingham. As a family man with over 25 years in the vehicle security industry, I’ve built up extensive knowledge in vehicles, products, and technical solutions, allowing me to serve my customers better than most competitors. On a day-to-day basis, you’ll find me either out on installations meeting our valued customers or answering many of the calls we receive. I believe this direct involvement gives you a more personal and efficient service.
Most of our calls, however, are handled by our Product Specialist, Scott. Scott’s background in vehicle rental and managerial roles has helped him develop the excellent customer service skills we’re known for. Whether you’re speaking with me or Scott on your initial contact, we’ll provide you with the answers you need and guide you to the best product for your needs. Your first and last conversation will be with either me or Scott.

I spent my first seven years in the industry working for Cartec in Pudsey. I started my very first day there as a tea boy, then moved on to trainee and gradually worked my way up to Head Technician. I later spent 12 months with the Wakefield-based company RAM Mobile, where I was the face of the company, carrying out mobile installations across the country.
After leaving RAM in June 2005, I founded Safe & Sound—a company built on a commitment to its customers, offering a high level of service both before and after sales are completed. This was, and still is, the company’s main aim. I recognised that the industry lacked strong customer service, and I was determined to change that. Safe & Sound will never simply take your money and disappear. My goal is to provide 100% satisfaction and remain completely transparent with all our customers, associates, and employees at all times. Because of this commitment, many of our customers return year after year and recommend us to their friends, family, and colleagues.
Outside of work, I’m incredibly proud to be an active facilitator at my local branch of Andy’s Man Club, a men’s suicide prevention charity that offers free, peer-to-peer support groups across the United Kingdom and online.
There's Samantha. Samantha stays behind the scenes working with our accounts, administration, order processing & marketing. I'm pleased to say Samantha is my wife, we got together nearly 16 years ago and finally got married in November 2019. Between us we are proud parents to Oliver who joined us in the summer of 2015 and when we’re not in the office or carrying out installations we’re generally in the park riding a bike or in a tea room eating cake!
In March 2021, John joined us in the permanent roll of installation engineer. He's a very capable and trust worthy engineer who was originally my trainee at RAM Mobile back in 2004. Similar to myself, John worked his way up through the ranks and went on to work at some of the industries biggest installation companies, where he has worked on a wide range of vehicles.
There's also Rob, Brian, Shane, Paul, Adrian and David. Six very talented engineers and hand picked installation partners who we call on on a regular basis to accommodate installations of all our products. Their locations across Yorkshire, Lancashire, Derbyshire, Newcastle and beyond strengthen our response times for customers who require a quick turnaround. Each have been in the industry for many years allowing us to put complete trust in their hands.
There’s also Geoffrey! Geoffrey is the dog and company mascot. He was often found riding alongside myself keeping me company while out on the road for many years and was also regularly spotted in various images on our social media platforms. As an older gent, he now prefers to remain office based. Geoffrey recently gained a sibling, Rosie the lively Cocker Spaniel.
